The pediatric provider and school nurse collaborate with the student and parents to create a tailored treatment plan during the consultation.

Implement Care
Nurses apply the treatment directly at school, ensuring minimal disruption to the student's day. Parents are sent written discharge instructions, and prescriptions may be sent home for parents to continue treatment.


Monitor Progress
Follow-up visits, managed by the school nurse and the student's pediatrician, are scheduled to monitor the student's recovery.

Get expert advice, treatment plans, and prescriptions, if necessary, all delivered during the call.



We accept most insurances including Alaska Medicaid and Denali Kid Care, TRICARE Prime and Select, BCBS Premera, BCBS Federal, Aetna, EBMS, UHC, UMR, Moda, Cigna, and Meritain. If your insurance is not listed, please give us a call at (907) 222-5090. No Insurance, No problem! We offer competitive discounted self pay rates.

Basic visit (Exam only, completion of clearance forms if needed) | $150

Tier 1 visit (Sick visit, no prescriptions needed, or referral management only) | $200

Tier 2 visit (Sick visit requiring 1 or 2 diagnostic studies, oral medication from formulary, a prescription for medication, or 1 breathing treatment) | $300

Tier 3 visit (Sick visit requiring 3 or more diagnostic studies, multiple formulary or prescription medications, or 2 breathing treatments) | $400

Complex/Procedural visit (includes procedures such as laceration repair, IV fluids, multiple breathing treatments, prescription medication; also includes one follow up visit) | $450
The self pay rate must be paid in full at the time of service to receive the discount
